'Utilise your time in the club to practice for your real School Run. If you have kids, have some fun with your little ones by completing this easy to use interactive interval run program to get everyone active on the School Run. Complete 1 minute jog on a treadmill at a speed of your choice. Jump off the treadmill and complete the first of these high intensity yet simple body weight exercises. Once complete, return for another minute on the treadmill and so on until you\'ve completed the full workout. If you want to translate to your actual School run, check out the video. Amend the runtime to hit the school gates in time for the morning bell!!
